LogNorm is a growth engine for startups. It reads your website, your search data, your competitors and what AI assistants say about your market, and turns every opportunity it finds into a Move: one concrete piece of work, such as a comparison page, a refresh of a decaying article or a technical fix. It ranks those moves against each other, helps you plan the best ones into your week, helps you ship them, and then measures whether they worked.

If you are new, start with the Quickstart. It takes you from sign-up to your first Growth Plan in about ten minutes.

The core ideas

Moves

Everything LogNorm finds becomes a move. The site audit, Search Console, keyword research, competitor analysis, AI visibility tracking and the decay monitor all produce moves, and you can add your own. Each move carries its evidence (the rows, pages and answers that justify it), a plain-language reason, and three signals: impact, confidence and effort. There are twelve move types in five categories, from Fix technical issues to Win AI answers. Read Moves and ranking for the details.

A ranking, not a score

LogNorm does not give each move a score in isolation. It compares open moves head to head (“if the team can only do one of these this week, which should come first?”) and fits one ranking from those calls. Every move shows why it sits where it does: the moves it beat and the moves it lost to. You can override the order with Rank higher and Rank lower or by dragging moves in your weekly plan, and LogNorm keeps your calls on every later pass.

The weekly Growth Plan

LogNorm is built around a weekly habit. You set a weekly target (how many moves your team can realistically finish), LogNorm recommends the top moves, and you choose what goes into the week. The target guides you but never limits you. On plans that include it, a digest email arrives every Monday with the week’s plan, last week’s outcomes and pages that decayed. See Growth Plan.

The loop

Every move goes around the same loop:

  1. Find. Analyses and monitors produce moves with evidence.
  2. Rank. LogNorm places each new move against the rest within a minute or two, and re-ranks everything at least weekly.
  3. Plan. You pick the moves for the week and give each one a day and an owner.
  4. Ship. Content moves become briefs, drafts and published pages. Fixes are shipped by your team and marked done, or validated against the live site.
  5. Measure. LogNorm records a baseline at publish time and measures again at 28 and 90 days. Moves that lift clicks, impressions or position are marked won. See Results and measurement.
  6. Refresh. Pages that lose clicks come back as refresh moves, linked to the original.

LogNorm’s calls, with confidence

Many small decisions in LogNorm (is this keyword relevant, are these two moves duplicates, is this move urgent) are made by a decision model that always says how sure it is. You see these as small chips with a percentage. When LogNorm is not sure, the chip says so and the decision waits for you instead of being made silently. Your decision always wins: signals you set, keywords you skip and moves you mark as “Not duplicates” stay the way you left them.

Credits or your own keys

Work that costs money to run (crawls, search data, AI calls) is paid for with credits from your workspace balance. Your plan includes a monthly allowance and you can buy credit packs. You can also bring your own AI provider keys under AI providers, where your plan allows it. With your own keys, AI tokens are billed by your provider instead of costing credits, so your balance goes further. Search data, crawling and each job’s small fixed fee still use credits. See Credits and billing and AI providers and keys.

Words you will see

Workspace: your team, billing and credits. Website: one site you grow; each has its own moves, keywords and plan. Move: one piece of growth work. Growth Dashboard: the home screen. Weekly plan: where you schedule the week.
